We only provide exchanges for products with manufacturing defects, wrong products, or damaged items received during delivery.

• Package opening video is compulsory for any exchange claim.
• No package opening video = No exchange accepted.
• The product must be unused and in original condition.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Minor color or measurement variations are not considered defects.
